30 minute picnic + 30 minute encounters with animals; includes up to 6 guests, BYO food & drinks.
Service Description
Picnics cost \$80 for up to 6 people, with an additional \$10 per extra person (paid on arrival). Guests must bring their own food and drinks. Each picnic includes one hour total, with about 30 minutes of interaction with select animals (no outside treats allowed; treats available in gift shop). Guests should arrive on time and check in at the gift shop. Do not approach animals before the picnic begins. Smoking, drinking, and vaping are strictly prohibited. Merchandise is available before or after your visit. Time zone is EST. A \$20 non-refundable booking fee is included in the \$80 total. Rescheduling requires a new \$20 fee.
Cancellation Policy
Reschedule & Cancellation Policy Cancellation or Rescheduling Deadline: You must cancel or reschedule at least 48 hours before your scheduled session. Within 48 Hours / No-Show: Sessions canceled within 48 hours or if you do not attend will forfeit the full booking fee—no refunds or credits. Refunds & Rescheduling: If canceled or rescheduled at least 48 hours in advance, you may: Reschedule to another available date at no additional cost. Cancel for Refund, less a $20 booking fee retained. All-Weather Guarantee: Our experiences run rain or shine, as nearly all are covered. Severe Weather Exceptions: In case of extreme storms, tornadoes, road closures, or unsafe travel conditions, you may reschedule or receive a refund (minus the $20 booking fee).
