Thank you for your interest in being a vendor at our 3rd Annual Cow Hug Day! This is a high-traffic, family-friendly event with activities for all ages, and we’re excited to partner with small businesses to make it a success. 


Event Date: Saturday, February 7, 2026
Event Time: 10am-6pm
Location: Walker County Ag Center

US-27, Rock Spring, GA 30739


Vendor setup begins at 8:30 AM the morning of the event
No early setup is allowed — no exceptions

Vendors must be fully set up before the event opens
Breakdown may begin only after the event has concluded or sold out


Vendor Pricing
Indoor Booth: $75
Outdoor Booth: $60
Food Truck / Food Booth: $100 (Must be properly licensed and permitted) 

  • Booth Sharing is NOT allowed.

Payment Policy
Payment is required to claim and secure your spot
Booths are not reserved without payment
Vendor fees are non-refundable unless the event is canceled by the host
Vendor Guidelines
We accept only 1–3 vendors per category to avoid oversaturation

  • (No exceptions — this helps protect vendor sales)

Vendors may bring one vehicle only for unloading and must move it to designated vendor parking after setup
Vendors are responsible for bringing tables, chairs, tents, etc.
